VP-EC-DCIM Gateway

Environment Monitor Gateway

The VP-EC-DCIM Gateway is a complete environment sensing / monitoring / alarm indicating system designed exclusively for data centre applications. This gateway supports multiple VP-TX-DCIM hubs that monitor temperature, humidity, differential static pressure, carbon monoxide gas and water leaks.

Standard Features of the VP-EC-DCIM Gateway:

• DIN Rail Mount Enclosure for simple installation
• Low Power 12VDC (External 120 VAC to 12 VDC Power Supply supplied with every Gateway)
• LCD Display, Menu Pushbuttons and Status LEDs
• Ethernet TCP/IP Port for connection to the Enviro-Cloud application
• Local RS485 Modbus Port for connecting VP-TX-DCIM Hubs
• Remote RS485 Modbus Port for optional connection to building management systems
• Optional RS485 port for remote LCD display (VP-EC-RDU)
• Two optional RS845 ports
• Built in web server for local access for programming and data display

Up to 6 VP-TX-DCIM Hubs can be connected to a VP-EC-DCIM Gateway and the “Enviro Cloud” web app for a total of 30 Temperature Points, 6 Humidity Points, 6 CO Gas Points, 6 Differential Static Pressure Points, and 6 Water Leak Detection Points.
