Calibration

The Module comes factory calibrated for 4 – 20 mA Input.
If other input types are used, it is up to the end user to determine their calibration values.

Zero Calibration (4 mA) for Input 1
1. Apply 4.0 mA to Input Channel 1
2. Read the A/D counts for Channel 1 - Function 04 Address 0000
3. Write the same A/D counts for Channel 1 - Function 06 Address 0008

Span Calibration (20 mA) for Input 1
1. Apply 20.0 mA to Input Channel 1
2. Read the A/D counts for Channel 1 - Function 04 Address 0000
3. Write the same A/D counts for Channel 1 - Function 06 Address 0016
